1、 BOPP 學名為雙向拉伸聚丙烯(電暈值≥38dy/m2)

1. The scientific name of BOPP is biaxially oriented polypropylene (corona value ≥ 38dy/m2)

(1)、由于分子定向、結(jié)晶度提高，其抗張強度、沖擊強度、剛性韌性、阻濕性、透明性、耐寒性都較好。(2)、無味、無臭、可直接用于同食品和藥品接觸。(3)、無熱封性。(4)、撕裂強度低、須注意卷膜缺口會造成斷膜。(5)、須經(jīng)電暈處理方能進行印刷或復合。

2、CPP 學名 流涎聚丙烯(電暈值≥38dy/m2)(1)、光澤性、透明性優(yōu)良。(2)、定制有適中的強度和優(yōu)良的阻濕性能。(3)、具有良好的熱封性、耐熱性好。(4)、耐油性優(yōu)良。(好過LDPE)(5)、無臭、無味、寄生性好。(6)、耐化學藥品性好(7)、耐寒性差，均聚丙烯10℃以下就有低溫脆性、不能使用在0℃以下的場所、共聚丙烯可以。(8)、透氣性大、易產(chǎn)生靜電、易吸附灰塵。

(2) Customized with moderate strength and excellent moisture resistance. (3) It has good heat sealing and heat resistance. (4) Excellent oil resistance. (Better than LDPE) (5) Odorless, tasteless and parasitic. (6) Good chemical resistance (7), poor cold resistance. Homopolypropylene has low temperature brittleness below 10 ℃, and co polypropylene can be used in places where it cannot be used below 0 ℃. 3、PE 學名聚乙烯(電暈值≥38dy/m2)(1)、易熱封。溫度80-90℃、熔點110-120℃。(2)、伸長率大，沖擊強度大、柔軟性、韌性好(3)、耐水性、阻濕性好，耐化學性、藥品性優(yōu)良。(4)、設(shè)計耐低溫性優(yōu)良，低溫條件下柔軟性較好。(5)、無臭、無味、透明性好。(6)、透氣性大。(7)、耐油性差、包裝油性食品易滲油。(8)、易產(chǎn)生靜電。

3. PE scientific name: polyethylene (corona value ≥ 38dy/m2) (1), easy to heat seal. The temperature is 80-90 ℃, and the melting point is 110-120 ℃. (2) High elongation, high impact strength, good flexibility and toughness (3), good water resistance, moisture resistance, chemical resistance and drug resistance. (7) Poor oil resistance, and the packaged oily food is easy to leak oil. (8) . It is easy to generate static electricity.

4、 PET 學名 聚酯(電暈值≥48dy/m2)(1)、機械強度高、可在較薄的情況下使用(2)、透明性好，光線透過率在90%以上、光澤性好。能吸收紫外線。(3)、耐熱性、耐寒性好、熱收縮率較小、尺寸穩(wěn)定性好。(4)、保鮮性好。阻氣性優(yōu)于PE、阻濕性同PE差不多。(5)、衛(wèi)生性好。不含增塑劑等物質(zhì)。

PET has the scientific name of polyester (corona value ≥ 48dy/m2) (1), high mechanical strength, and can be used in thin cases (2), good transparency, light transmittance of more than 90%, and good luster. It can absorb ultraviolet rays. (3) Good heat resistance, cold resistance, small thermal shrinkage and good dimensional stability. (4) Good freshness. The gas resistance is better than PE, and the moisture resistance is similar to PE. (5) Good hygiene. No plasticizer and other substances.

5、BOPA.(NY).學名尼龍、聚酰胺。(電暈值≥52dy/m2)

(1)、強韌性很大、具有良好的抗張強度、伸長率、撕裂強度及耐磨性。(2)、耐穿刺性好。(3)、低溫特性優(yōu)良、可在-60℃——200℃使用。(4)、耐油性、耐酸堿性、耐藥品性、耐溶劑性好，具有一定的阻氣性。(5)、不易產(chǎn)生靜電、印刷性好。(6)、易吸水，尺寸穩(wěn)定性較差。

6、PVC 學名聚偏氯乙烯(電暈值≥38dy/m2)(1)、透明性好、易成型。(2)、透氧率、透水蒸汽性比LDPE小、溶劑透過率小。(3)、著色性好、印刷適性，熱封性好。(4)、耐化學藥品性好。(5)、易于拉伸、須使用較小張力。

6. The scientific name of PVC is polyvinylidene chloride (corona value ≥ 38dy/m2) (1), with good transparency and easy molding. (2) Oxygen permeability and water vapor permeability are smaller than LDPE, and solvent permeability is smaller. (3) Good colourability, printability and heat sealing. (4) Good chemical resistance. (5) . It is easy to stretch, and small tension must be used.

7、AL 鋁箔(1)、廠家阻光性、阻濕性、阻氣性好。(2)、傳熱快、易受熱、易冷卻。(3)、不耐酸堿(4)、易卷曲形成裂紋或起皺。(5)、抗張強度低、使用張力應(yīng)低于3kg/m2。

7. AL aluminum foil (1), good light resistance, moisture resistance and gas resistance of the manufacturer. (2) Fast heat transfer, easy to be heated and cooled. (3) . It is not resistant to acid and alkali (4). It is easy to curl and form cracks or wrinkles. (5) The tensile strength is low, and the service tension should be lower than 3kg/m2.

8、 PT.學名玻璃紙.(1)、透明性好、光澤性好、印刷適性好。(2)、抗張強度大、伸長率小、切割性好、機械適性優(yōu)良。(3)、不帶靜電或很少帶靜電、不易粘上灰塵。(4)、撕裂強度小、易開口。(5)、耐油性好。(6)、耐熱性好。(7)、阻氣性好。(8)、阻水性差、易變形。(9)、衛(wèi)生性好、無臭、無味

8. PT. Scientific name cellophane (1) Good transparency, gloss and printability. (2) High tensile strength, low elongation, good cutting performance and excellent mechanical adaptability.
